This is my latest Project House. It was a Bank Forclosure.

 As they said in the appraisal,  there is nothing wrong with the picture, the room really is that color complete with all the drywall patches....

So, it needs a little drywall repair .... After

And , They made a few modifications to make the refrigerator fit...
